Good Faith Estimate

You are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” outlining the projected costs of your medical and mental health treatments. Healthcare providers are required to provide clients without insurance (or those not utilizing insurance) with an estimate of charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for the total projected expenses of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy, from your healthcare provider prior to scheduling a service. If you receive a bill exceeding your Good Faith Estimate by at least $400, you have the right to dispute it. Please retain a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your reference.
